REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. By purchasing digital classes or custom-made press-on nails from Natasha Harton Nail Art (www.nhnailart.com), you agree to this policy.

 

1. Digital Nail Art Classes

Non-Refundable: Once you gain access to our digital nail art classes, your purchase is considered final. This is because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

 

Access Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course materials, please contact our support team at hello@nhnailart.com, and we will make every effort to assist you as soon as possible.

 

 

2. Custom-Made Press-On Nails

No Exchanges or Refunds: All custom-made press-on nails are crafted specifically for each customer, which means we cannot resell them. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

 

Product Defects: If you believe your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@nhnailart.com within 5 DAYS of receiving your order with photographs of the issue. We will assess each case and, if applicable, may offer a replacement for defective items at our discretion.
