Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once your order is dispatched, it is considered successfully delivered to the shipping carrier and becomes the responsibility of the customer. Natasha Harton Nail Art is not liable for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

 

1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Filing a Claim: For assistance with filing a claim, you may need your tracking information, which we can provide for you. Claims should be initiated directly with the courier to determine the next steps for compensation or further investigation.

 

2. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Natasha Harton Nail Art is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If you realize you’ve provided incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nhnailart.com. While we’ll make our best effort to correct the address, we cannot guarantee adjustments once an order has shipped.
